Design Installation and Maintenance of Oxygen Pipework Systems

Subscribe to UK Steel publications feed

This new UK Steel Code of Practice (CoP) was prepared as a result of reviewing the Corus Engineering Standard EIS1 (2002) and other relevant documents and was produced with the help and expertise of members. Oxygen is classified as a dangerous substance and must be treated with the appropriate respect at all times.

The CoP deals with design, fabrication of new and modification to existing systems, commissioning, operation, inspection and maintenance, decommissioning and demolition of gaseous oxygen pipework distribution systems and control stations up to and including the service outlet valve.

It is available as a free download.
